- Be sure to initial and sign where indicated.
- There is a $50* non-refundable application fee. Please make your check payable to Crowne Park Apartments. Please understand that this application fee does not hold an apartment for you. In order to hold an apartment, a separate check is required in the amount of $200 for a 2 bedroom or $300 for a 3 bedroom*. The deposit will be refunded in the event your application is not approved. If you change your mind within 72 hours after we receive your check, the deposit will be refunded. Otherwise, it will be forfeited.
